Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 4(3)(a) of the By-Law Relating to the Management and Administration of the Municipality’s Immovable Property that the Local Council intends to lease the passage being erf 3727, situated between Sallidon -and Ebenezer Avenue to the owners of the adjacent properties at R1.00 per year for a period of (9) nine years and (11) eleven months in order to close the passage stipulated in the subjoined notice.

Notice is hereby given in terms of Sections 21 and 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32/2000) and Section 4(3)(a) of the By-Law regarding the Management and Administration of the Municipality’s Immovable Property that the Local Council intends to sell erven 312 and 315, commonly known as the Shoprite Parking Area situated at Donkin Street, Beaufort West, to Water Comfort Wholesale for a sum of R1.00 subject to the properties being used as free parking areas only and the surface being repaired and maintained by the purchaser stipulated in the subjoined notice.
