Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 4(3)(a) of the By-Law Relating to the Management and Administration of the Municipality’s Immovable Property that the Local Council intends to sell Erf 85, Nelspoort to Sonstraatjie Creche, at the purchase price of R1.00 based on the principle of "plight of the poor".

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 61 of the Municipal Land Use Planning By-law for Beaufort West Municipality, Notice No. 21/2019 that the Authorized Official on 29 January 2025  approved the abovementioned application as stipulated in the subjoined notice.
