Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21 of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of
2000), Section 20 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and Section 11 of the Western Cape Land Use Planning Act, 2014 (Act 3 of 2014), and section 7 of the Beaufort West Municipal Planning Bylaw, 2015 that the 2014 Municipal Spatial Development Framework for Beauport West Municipality was adopted by the Beaufort West Municipal Council on 30 June 2017 and reaffirmed as a core component of the 2017 - 2022 Integrated Development Plan.

EYE TEST DEVICE: TRAFFIC SECTION
Notice is hereby given that the eye test device to make appointments for learners and drivers licenses is currently out of order. As a result, no appointments can be made for learner -and driver’s license tests as well as the renewal of driver license cards and PRDPs.
CLOSURE OF DRIVERS LICENCE TEST CENTRE FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON FOR DRIVERS LICENCE TESTS: 07 DECEMBER 2017 – 15 JANUARY 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Drivers Licence Test Centre will be closed for drivers licence tests during the period 07 December 2017 until 15 January 2018. All other functions will continue as normal.
