Cleanliness of Premisis

The Municipal by-law relating to the cleanliness of premises state that –
No person shall –

Section 2.

(a) “accumulate, dump, store or deposit any material, article or thing of whatsoever nature which is waste material, or unsightly, or is likely to constitute an obstruction on any premises, street, thoroughfare, public square or commonage provided that the council may permit public garages and workshops subject to such conditions as may be imposed in each case to keep, store or dismantle any motor vehicle.”

(b) “allow any premises or portion thereof to be dirt, neglected or infested with rodents, mosquitoes, flies, bugs or other insects harmful to health...”

(c) “allow the fencing of any premises to fall into a state of disrepair or to become unsightly...”

(d) “allow any building or any structure of any premises to fall into a dilapidated state of disrepair or to become unsightly..”
